At HomeGlow, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
- Contact us at mo9469227@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Non-returnable items:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds:
- Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Damaged or faulty items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund
EU customers: A 14-day cooling-off period applies in accordance with EU consumer law.
